What this website collects: effectively nothing. This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no payment processing and no marketing database.

• Enquiry form. The contact form does not submit data to this website or any server we operate. When you press “Send enquiry on WhatsApp,” your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Your details travel only inside your own WhatsApp conversation, governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Cookies. This website does not set tracking cookies of its own.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, as is normal for web hosting.
• WhatsApp communication. Business communication happens on WhatsApp (+91 99799 97315, WhatsApp only). We use the information you share there — company, requirement, documents — solely to respond to and fulfil your enquiry.

Product disclaimer

• Herbistry supplies raw materials. Final formulation efficacy, stability, labelling, registration and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the finished-product manufacturer.
• Natural materials can vary by batch and season. Specifications, grades, packaging, pricing and availability are confirmed at quotation stage.
• Relevant essential-oil batches are evaluated internally through GC-MS. COA and SDS are batch-dependent; GC-MS report sharing may be discussed for selected high-volume or export enquiries. GC-MS is not a purity certificate, and one report does not represent every future batch.
• Neem seed oil is a fixed botanical oil, not an essential oil, and may require different analytical parameters.
• For natural-repellent incense applications, our oils are supplied as raw materials for formulation evaluation. Buyers should conduct burn, stability, efficacy and regulatory testing on finished products. We make no claim that any oil alone guarantees repellency in a finished product.
• No content on this website is medical advice, and no therapeutic or disease-treatment claim is made or implied for any product.
• Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without a written quotation.
